The sauna experts at The Well will guide you through the age old practice of Nordic sauna as you cycle through rounds of heat, cold, and rest to achieve the ultimate calm. Top that off with a bottle of wine and mini cheese plate upon your return and you’ve had yourself a Northwoods Night!
