What is the cancellation policy?

Full payment to be received prior to arrival. Payment refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation for a cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 30 days of stay are nonrefundable and non-transferrable.  Things happen! We are happy to make a one time date change to your reservation at no charge! A difference in rate must be paid if applicable. After you select to change the date, the payment is nonrefundable. Rescheduled stay must occur within one year of original reservation and may only be changed once.

Grandma’s marathon weekend reservations are non refundable.

Non-refundable reservations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Do the rooms have refrigerators?

No not at this time. The carriage house does have one. I cannot store your food or personal items due to health department regulations.

Does each room have its own bathroom?

Yes each room has its own bathroom.

Do you allow one night Stays?

One night stays are accepted November 01-May 15. And Monday Tuesday Wednesdays during other months. Breakfast is not provided on one night stays.

ARE YOU LBGTQ+ friendly?

Of course! People are people and money is money!

Is it suitable for children?

Not really. It is an old house and there is only one bed per room. We welcome children over the age of 16. Children of all ages are welcomed at some of our events.

Can I cook my own meals?

We do not have the capability for you to cook food at this time. The carriage house is equipped with a stove oven and refrigerator, and limited cooking supplies.

Will you donate to my silent auction?

We are sure your charity is a great cause, but we have already selected which silent auctions we will donate to this year, but you are welcome to purchase a gift card to use for your event.

I am a Blogger and Influencer can i stay for free?

We don’t offer free stays..

Is there a military/aaa/aarp discount?

We are not currently offering a discount.
