Meet Your Host

HI there! My name is Beth. I grew up here in Duluth, and am sole owner of the Inn. I bought the house in 2019, right before the pandemic. Why did I decide to open a bed and breakfast? When I was 8 my house burned down, and while it was being repaired, we lived in a bed and breakfast. Since then, I’ve always wanted one. Now I finally did it! I used to be a personal chef and a caterer. I graduated from Saint Olaf college in Northfield, MN with a  BA in Chinese, Russian and Business. Prior to owning the inn I was a jet pilot. Through that job, I traveled all over the world and picked up yummy recipes and trinkets for the inn. I love history, puppies, and meeting new people. I can’t wait to have you stay! Check out our instagram and facebook pages for updates and pictures of the renovations!

Who helps run it? While I would love to employ a full time staff, I am currently the only person running day to day operations ! It’s a big project and a ton of work! But I like it.

But my dad and cousin Brian are here a lot and pitch in when they can!
